1. No custom versions of canon jutsu. (i.e. Water Rasengan or Earth Chidori)
2. Though you may have control over an element, each technique must be registered individually.
3. Jutsu can no longer affect time.
4. No jutsu that take effect on an opposing character automatically.
5. No stealing of custom jutsu. Grave offense= warning, strip, or ban. Exception to this rule is a person with Sharingan. Unless the jutsu is a direct result of a persons kekkei genkai.
6. Jutsu of summoned creatures must be in their profile.
7. Newly custom made jutsu must be ranked. Exceptions are: Hijutsu, kekkei genkai, canon unranked techniques, and fighting styles.
