Akasuki Rise part.1

[Sasuke Uchiha/Mahou Yahashi]

Suigetsu walked into the village at the blood that was all over, "Told you I smelt blood, you owe me ramen Jugo". Jugo walked in a looked around he knew that a strong shinobi lived here with a unique kekkei genkai. Sasuke said he was going to located this mysteries man and make him a member of the new Akatsuki. "We have to keep are eye's open make sure this man isn't still hiding around waiting for two new victim's. His Vapor release would make it difficult for us to fight him, including with all this mist around he would be impossible to see till its to late" said Jugo to a too excited suigetsu. Sasuke was at the entrance looking at Jugo and suigetsu, he began to walk into the village when he noticed a figure walking toward them. The mist made it hard for them too see but Sasuke knew it wasn't the person the where after. He looked up at the top of a nearby building and noticed a man standing looking down at them. Red and Blue eye's told Sasuke this was the man he was looking for, the Water Demon himself. "Jugo, Suigetsu we have company... up above and directly in front of us", Sasuke said the person in front of them came into view.

(30 minutes before Sasuke's arrival)

Hikaru finally made it to the Hidden Mist Village. Haikaru had a bit of business within the village, but with her luck something will most likely go horribly wrong. Hikaru walks down the center of the main street; the eyes of villages staring, almost burning through her. Murmurs were breaking out, and spreading like wild fire. Hikaru didn't notice, or simply ignored everything; she was in her own world, humming a catchy tune to herself. Hikaru walked around the village what seemed to be aimlessly, but in her mind she knew exactly what she was doing.

All of a sudden hikaru stopped abruptly. She was no longer moving, but she was still humming her tune. The area she wandered into was completely empty. It was now time for the business Hikaru came for to finally reveal itself. What couldn't be seen was the cery thin wires running through the air, and along Hikaru's neck. Four shinobi wearing ANBU masks appear with weapons drawn surrounding Hikaru. Two more groups of three appear on nearby rooftops, weapons drawn ready to strike. Then one shinobi walks down the center of the roads ans stopping a few yards away from Hikaru. "Hikaru Megami! Number three of the top ten most wanted criminals. You will now come with us willingly or you shall be taken forcefully!" Hikaru continued to hum her tune, and paid no attention to what the ANBU captain was saying, " Hikaru Megami! You have untill the count of three to surrender or you shal-"

Hikaru Megami: " I really wouldn't do that. I don't want to fight you, you might hurt lil ol' me, hee hee."

The ANBU captain utters the word, "execute", then the two thin threads in front, and back of Hikaru's neck are pulled in the opposite sides that they are on. The thin threads slice through Hikaru's neck as if it were butter. Hikaru's head falls to the floor, and rolls to the feet of the ANBU captain, her face still smiling. Her body, and head then burst in a million pieces of glass.

Hikaru without so much as a sound appeared behind the ANBU captain. (Hee hee) the glass then surrounded the captain. The swirling tornado of glass was closing in on him, threatining him as pieces ripped through his clothing, and armor. ANBU began to jump off the roofs, and attack Hikaru, two appeared on either side of her, and thrusted their swords at her. Hikaru quickly fell to the floor sitting indian style(hee hee hee hee), Hikaru then quickly pulls out two kunai, and stabs both ANBU deep in the foot until the kunai became lodged in the ground. As she stands up another ANBU attacks from behind, Hikaru leaps in the air, dodging the sword, and stepping on the blade, and landing behind the masked shinobi. Blood poured from under the mask. Hikaru's sword penetrated the base of the back of the ANBU's head instantly killing him. Hikaru then walked up to the two stuck ANBU, and stuck them in the throats with kunai. The ANBU captain screams as his body finally got sliced into hundreds of small parts, the only thing left in tact was his head. The ANBU that were left performed a combination nintaijutsu technique, but as they approached closer, they were each minced into bits, and pieces from head to toe, and then exploded into all types of small entrails, and blood.

Hikaru Megami:" ahh I broke a nail, oh no I broke two nails! Oh well they'll grow back, hee hee hee."

Hikaru once again started humming, and walked toward the village entrance.

[Sumiyaka, Mizu]

Mizu was eating ramen in the exact same spot he always goes to everyday. This ramen shop was the first place in the village where wanted posters where put up, and Mizu hasn't had a good bounty in day. When the poster of a man that looked like the ANBU captain was posted he was the first to grab it. "This is my bounty, anyone who tries to take it before me i shall kill", Mizu said to the rest of the bounty hunters who seemed all anxious to get a bounty in. Mizu finished his ramen; snatched the picture off the wall, and left. Leaving behind two gold coins for the ramen he just ate, and a tip for the cook. The day was as every other day misty, he could see the buildings in front of him and people walking, yet the day seemed like a bad rerun. He was going to go and find his bounty who was sure to try and make a run for it. For his own entertainment he would let him run just to track him again the kill him, or capture depending on the pay out. Then back to the ramen shop for some ramen and another bounty. He looked at the picture of the bounty once more to make a mental picture of it. Then he began to search the village, the best bounty is always the one who haves home field advantage. The chase is always so interesting, but the end result is always the same. At that moment Mizu noticed them, it was almost so quick his eye's didn't catch it but he saw them. ANBU's. Mizu quickly followed and noticed that they stopped a female who seemed so happy it was creepy. 'Wait a minute i know that face', mizu said to himself it's been a while since he seen that face but he knows it's her. Then as quickly as it started it was over, then he noticed something that made him smile. She had killed his bounty, but he would gladly give up that bounty to capture her alive. She began to walk towards the village gate as the mist began to thicken. Mizu looked down towards the exit to see Sasuke Uchiha number one of the most wanted list. He felt like a kid in candy store two of the top most wanted ready to be picked. Mizu jumped off the building and landed in front of both Sasuke, and the creepy female. "Hikaru Megami, Number three... Sasuke Uchiha, Number one. I am here to take you in and collect on your bounty's. Resisting will only anger me and make your pain much worse. Coming willingly will make me happy meaning less pain for you. My name is Mizu Oni the legendary bounty hunter", Mizu oni said this with a giant smile on his face. He wasn't wearing ninja clothing cause he wasn't a ninja, he left that life far behind him. Even with his vast skills he was only known as the bounty hunter who always get his mark. Making him a legend amongst bounty hunters, and ninjas alike.

[Hikaru Magami]

Hikaru was close to the village entry way. She was once again humming her joyful tune, almost on the verge of skipping, but decided not to. She was abruptly stopped by a guy who talked about some numbers, and bounties. Hikaru looked confused, she didn't know of any bounties, or why this rude person referred to her as number three. Hikaru decided what he was saying was unimportant, and she side stepped him, and continued to walk toward the village entrance.
